Every quarter we travel to the remote city of Bethel to see our patients that live off the road system, over 400 miles from Anchorage, in the Yukon-Kuskowim Delta Region.
Every month we head north to Fairbanks to see our patients that live in the more northern parts of Alaska.
These clinics provide us with opportunities to see patients in their environments as well as making travel more convenient and less time consuming to receive their care.
We often receive referrals for patients from the southern parts of Alaska. We now travel south east to Sitka, located on the Baranof Island and the southern half of Chichagof Island in the Alexander Archipelago of the Pacific Ocean, to provide care to those children. This clinic accommodates those in and near Sitka to receive their care closer to home.
